We got Tyson in for a second opinion after we were told my elderly mothers unit needed to be replaced at circa $3k+ cost, he was there for 1 hour and diagnosed a fix that he was able to implement on the spot at the cost to us of a call out fee – to say we were grateful and thankful for getting his 2nd opinion is an understatement
